Greater Options is a fairly young but strong disability management corporation, specializing in the delivery of service solutions in the areas of vocational rehabilitation, medical/occupational case management, employee sickness and disability management. Together with our clients, we design long-term strategies to achieve the most cost effective and advantageous solutions for the organization.

We empower organizations to develop, execute, incorporate, and uphold solution plans in order to reduce the operational costs involved in the management of employee sickness and disabilities. This goal is achieved through working together with the organization’s disability and medical insurance provider. We also believe in offering advice and guidance to public and private institutions regarding vocational rehabilitation, special education transition to the work place or independent living.  In addition, our company provides consultancy services in the areas of organizational development, ADA laws compliancy , career counseling, among other services.
